This recipe has already been passed around twitter, but it's awesome. You'll love me and hate me for it -- Love me because it tastes just like a peanut butter cup and hate me for what I'm about to tell you.
I've made a low fat (really low fat) alternative to peanut butter... only the recipe is in my upcoming cookbook. Ack! I know, I'm so cruel. Don't worry, though -- it will be worth the wait. In the meantime, I've formulated this recipe to use 1 tbsp of actual peanut butter. I like to use raw nut butter that's just peanuts -- no salt, sugar or oil added.
Speaking of my cookbook, my old e-cookbooks are for sale only until the end of this month!
