Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

A zesty alternative to traditional marinara sauce.
Ingredients:
- 13 ounces roasted red bell peppers (in water)
- 6 whole fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
- a dash of salt
- a dash of black pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Heat thoroughly before serving.
